To order, simply click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" buttons in our Store for the product you would like to purchase. Update the quantity as appropriate in the Shopping Cart, and then proceed to the Checkout page.

Once in the Checkout page, make sure you have Javascript enabled, and then fill out the forms with your personal information.

Concurrent Licensing

For larger institutions, concurrent licensing is an affordable way to provide access to as many as possible at an affordable rate.† Under this model, the number of purchased concurrent licenses determines the total number of licenses that can be active at the same time. Contact sales for more information about concurrent licensing.

Multiple and Site Licenses

If you intend to order many copies of a particular product, please contact our Sales department instead of ordering online. This way, you may be eligible for a discount.

Upon completion of an order, you will be sent an invoice of your order via e-mail. To review your order status, you will need to login to your user page at http://www.gh-accessibility/user. Additionally, we may contact you via e-mail if there are any further issues with your order.

For products purchased in the store with the "Download" option, you will be sent an e-mail containing a download link, as well as instructions for accessing your purchased files at your convenience.

Changing Your Order

Once your order is in our system, either contact us sales@gh-accessibility.com or call us at (866) 693-3687 ext. 202 to make changes to your order.


Items are shipped via UPS, and the shipping rate is calculated per order. For international shipments, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $15.00

Downloading Your Files

After making your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a download link. The e-mail will also give instructions on how to access your files through your user account page. Since the download is a secure transaction, you must be logged in for this to work.

Activation Keys

If you ordered a product that requires activation, such as ReadHear™ PC, ReadHear™ Mac, or ClickHear™, you will have to activate each license with an activation key. After completing the order, an e-mail will be sent to your address that includes one activation key for each license.

Note: Because we process orders during normal business hours, you may not receive your activation key(s) immediately after your order.

(Q): Do I have to create an account to order?

(A): Yes, but if you do not have an account already, one will be created for you at the time of your order.
